L’Opera Cake
Alternate layers or coffee soaked sponge cake, coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache and a chocolate feuilletine base. A perfect combination of flavors and textures for a great classic of the French Patisserie.
Rum Caramel Banana Foster
Vanilla genoise layered with banana and vanilla mousse, centered with a rum caramel and decorated with cocoa butter and chocolate pieces (single).
Vanilla Creme Brulee
Our Creme Brulee is a smooth custard, baked with Madagascar vanilla beans and caramelized to perfection.

Napoleon
Made of very thin and flaky mille-feuille pastry, our Napoleon is layered with rich, French Vanilla custard.

The Eclair
A great classic of the French Patisserie, our Eclairs are made from choux pastry, filled with custard and dipped in fondant icing.
Our choices include Chocolate, Vanilla, Coffee, Caramel, Pistachio and Praline. (Single) NEW: Lemon and Raspberry.
Pistachio & Ricotta Cake
Pistachio and ricotta creams separated by sponge cake, decorated with crushed pistachios and dusted with powdered sugar.

Red Velvet Cake
A slice of our famous Red Velvet. Two layers of red velvet with our signature cream cheese.
Tiramisu
Layers of espresso drenched ladyfingers separated by mascarpone cream and dusted with cocoa powder. Each portion is approx. 3in x 2in and 2.25in tall.
Bourbon Chocolate Bombe
Our Bourbon Chocolate Bombe includes a dark chocolate genoise imbibed with bourbon syrup, a 64% chocolate mousse, and a bourbon Bavarian cream, covered with dark chocolate icing and finished with hand-painted chocolate fleur-de-lys in gold. (single)
Decadent
Alternating layers of chocolate genoise cake and dark chocolate mousse. Covered with dark chocolate ganache and decorated with 64% dark chocolate chips and chocolate decorations. (single)
Sacher Cake
Our Sacher is a decadent combination of fresh raspberry purée and dark chocolate mousse layered on raspberry infused chocolate genoise, finished with a natural red glaze. (single).
Gateau aux Trois Chocolats
Our Gateau aux Trois Chocolats has a chocolate genoise base layered with white, milk and dark chocolate Bavarian cream, finished with a dark chocolate glaze, and topped with chocolate decorations. (single)
Carrot Cake
Classic carrot cake with walnuts and cream cheese buttercream. Finished with an edible carrot decor.
Pistachio Strawberry Macaron Cake
