L’Opera Cake
Alternate layers or coffee soaked sponge cake, coffee buttercream, chocolate ganache and a chocolate feuilletine base. A perfect combination of flavors and textures for a great classic of the French Patisserie.
Vanilla Creme Brûlée (gluten free)
Our Creme Brûlée is a smooth custard, baked with Madagascar vanilla beans and caramelized to perfection.

Pistachio & Ricotta Cake
Pistachio and ricotta creams separated by sponge cake, decorated with crushed pistachios and dusted with powdered sugar. (slice)
Cheesecake | Bourbon Caramel Pecan
A Bourbon cheesecake on a layer of Graham Cracker crust, topped with Bourbon caramel pecan icing and chocolate decor.
Cheesecake | Key Lime (Seasonal)
Graham crust, key lime cheesecake and key lime buttercream decor. (slice)
Black Forest
Our Black Forest Cake includes a dark chocolate genoise, soaked with kirsch syrup, layered with white chocolate vanilla Bavarian cream, with a Morello cherry center, chocolate icing and chocolate curl.
Rum Banana Foster
Vanilla genoise layered with banana and vanilla mousse, centered with a rum caramel and decorated with cocoa butter and chocolate pieces.
Bourbon Chocolate Bombe
Our Bourbon Chocolate Bombe includes a dark chocolate genoise imbibed with bourbon syrup, a 64% chocolate mousse, and a bourbon Bavarian cream, covered with dark chocolate icing and finished with hand-painted chocolate fleur-de-lys in gold.
Made of very thin and flaky mille-feuille pastry, our Napoleon is layered with rich, French Vanilla custard.

A great classic of the French Patisserie, our Eclairs are made from choux pastry, filled with custard and dipped in fondant icing.
Our choices include Chocolate, Vanilla, Coffee, Pistachio.

Almond flour chocolate cake, pistachio mousse, pistachio buttercream and chocolate ganache. Topped with pistachio cream and nut and coconut flakes. (slice)

Flourless fudgey chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache. finished with dark chocolate shaves. (slice)

Birthday MacCake (gluten free)
A larger version of our Birthday cake macaron, same recipe but larger format. Gluten free. Add a Macaron for $2.00 (flavor to be specified on comment section)
Red Velvet Cake
A slice of our famous Red Velvet. Two layers of red velvet with our signature cream cheese (slice).
Carrot Cake
Classic carrot cake with walnuts and cream cheese buttercream. Finished with an edible carrot decor (slice).
Lemon Meringue Tartlet
Our Lemon Meringue Tartlet has a sweet, buttery tart shell filled with a lemon curd and topped with meringue. (single portion, 3in 5/8 diameter)
Three Chocolate Mousse (gluten free)
Delicious combination of silky dark, milk and white chocolate creams with a layer of hazelnut crunch, glass is included. (glassware included).
Chocolate Mousse (gluten free)
Rich chocolate mousse and zabaione, topped with chocolate curls. This product is frozen and will need to be thawed out for 6 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Comes in a glass cup that can be reused. (glassware included)

Creme Brulee with Berries (gluten free)
A layer of raspberry sauce topped with a creamy custard and decorated with mixed berries coated in caramel. (glassware included).
Raspberries & Mascarpone (gluten free)
A delicate sponge cake holds a layer of raspberries topped with mascarpone cream and decorated with crushed pistachios. Comes with a glass cup. (glassware included).
