We are hiring Sales Associates whose main responsibility will be to create the unique and great experience that our customers are expecting to find in our pastry shop.
Your role will be to engage enthusiastically with them to determine their needs, answer their questions and guide them in their choices. If necessary, you should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you will need to stay up-to-date with our product range and features and maintain our store visual appearance and neatness in high standards. Ultimately, the duties of our Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting our sales goals.

Compensation:
- $11 to $12 / hour depending on experience (Training paid: rate depending on experience)
